Tushita’s intention to alleviate human suffering motivates her to continue learning and practicing alternative and complementary therapies. Each individual is incomparable with unique experiences and needs and that is why she incorporates different tools and techniques that would support her clients. As the facilitator it is essential for her to be centered and present throughout the session while holding sacred space for her clients to feel understood.
